  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every job and warranty request is completed to the customer’s satisfaction, finishing with a final inspection and test.
  • Project Management: Complete reports, inspections, and checklists accurately and on time. Document any project scope changes with accurate change orders for the Service Manager. Keep projects on schedule and communicate delays.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in secure, good working order. Always work safely and follow company safety guidelines.
  • Teamwork & Growth: Meet daily with the Service Manager to review schedules. Train and mentor new Service Technicians, attend ongoing training classes to build your skills, and pitch in on other duties as needed.

  • Attributes: You are a natural problem-solver, highly organized, level-headed under pressure, customer-focused, and a reliable teammate.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and move up to 60 pounds from time to time.
  • Have good close-up vision to perform your job safely and effectively.
  • Occasionally sit and use hands for detailed technical work.
