The ideal candidate will take ownership of production support, design and implement new functionalities, and troubleshoot ERP application issues to ensure reliable business operations. This role requires strong expertise in solution design, business process analysis, configuration, coding, testing, and system integration. Proficiency in PL/SQL, ADF, OAF, Oracle Workflows, and BI/XML Publisher is essential, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Maintain the Oracle ERP system and efficiently resolve application issues.
  • Collaborate with the ERP team manager to gather user requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, and database objects.
  • Create reports using Oracle Report Builder and BI/XML Publisher.
  • Customize Oracle Forms and web pages in alignment with business requirements.
  • Design and modify workflows using Oracle Workflow Builder.
  • Use JDeveloper to develop and enhance Java-based application pages.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for development processes, customizations, and extensions.
  • Create and execute test plans and scripts; perform unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate with other developers and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and support.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP development and support.
  • Proven experience with at least one full lifecycle Oracle ERP implementation or upgrade.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports, XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and personalization of forms/pages.
  • Strong experience with Oracle OAF and ADF for Java-based ERP enhancements.
  • Experience designing backend Oracle modules that integrate with Java applications.
  • Familiarity with JDeveloper and Oracle ERP integration tools.
  • Mandarin speaking is required
