We are currently looking to hire a Vendor Safety Agent to join our team embedded with our client in Mountain Green, UT!

*This is a full-time, onsite position. Weekly hours may vary based on the site construction schedule.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Vendor Safety Agent supports on-site safety operations during active construction by controlling vendor access, monitoring personnel movement, and maintaining accountability of individuals, equipment, and materials on the property. This role is responsible for checking construction personnel in and out using a designated access management system, issuing temporary ID badges, and ensuring only authorized vendors are present on site.

The Vendor Safety Agent escorts vendors as required, enforces site safety procedures, and helps protect facilities and restricted areas throughout the construction phase. The position works closely with facilities, construction management, and other teams to maintain a safe work environment and respond to access issues or incidents as they arise. Accurate documentation, attention to detail, and consistent presence on site are critical to success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Verify construction vendors have approved access, required documentation, and signed NDAs prior to entry
  • Check construction personnel in and out using the Envoy application on a dedicated iPad
  • Print and issue temporary barcode ID badges as part of the check-in process
  • Monitor and control vendor entry and exit points during construction activities
  • Escort vendors and contractors while on site and enforce safety rules
  • Maintain accountability of vendor personnel, tools, equipment, and materials on site
  • Protect property, facilities, and restricted or sensitive areas during active construction
  • Document vendor activity, equipment movement, and safety incidents accurately
  • Respond to and escalate unauthorized access, policy violations, or safety incidents

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of residential, estate, or protective security/safety experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with cameras, alarms, access control, and smart-home systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in the Mountain Green, UT, climate.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
