Buscamos personas que quieran unirse al equipo de personal de tienda. Formaras parte de un entorno dinamico y colaboraras en las tareas del dia a dia segun las indicaciones de tus responsables directos. Tu objetivo sera ofrecer una excelente experiencia a la clientela y contribuir al exito de las ventasentienda.

  • Mantener los estandares operativos y de cumplimiento de la empresa.

  • Asegurarte de que todas las rutinas diarias se ejecuten segun las indicaciones de tus responsables directos.

  • Participar en el procesamiento y reposicion del stock.

  • Atender a la clientela y realizar cobros en caja.

  • Gestionar devoluciones de manera eficaz y conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.

  • Garantizar la presentacion y el orden de los productos para optimizar las ventas.

  • Participar en los ciclos de reduccion de precios (markdown) de la tienda.

  • Cumplir en todo momento con la normativa de salud y seguridad.

  • Mostrar cortesia y colaboracion tanto con la clientela como con el resto del personal y tus responsables directos.

  • Demostrar conocimiento sobre las marcas y los productos que hay en la tienda.

  • Promover y reflejar los valores de TJX Europe en cada interaccion.

  • Participar en tareas adicionales de mantenimiento, limpieza o apoyo operativo cuando sea necesario.
