Multiplatform Marketing | U.S.

The Digital and Social Media Coordinator is responsible for the execution, monitoring, and continuous optimization of social media initiatives across Latin America and Brazil. This role ensures high-quality publishing, effective community management, and actionable performance insights across platforms. Working within a multiplatform marketing ecosystem, the Digital and Social Media Coordinator partners closely with Brand and Content, B2B, Growth and Performance, Marketing and PR Managers (strategy) and Content Creators (content production) to ensure campaigns and always-on content are executed accurately and optimized based on audience behavior.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Publishing & Execution

  • Execute daily and weekly content publishing across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Ensure accuracy and quality control (QA) across all posts, including copy, links, tagging, formats, and timing
  • Support content calendar execution across assigned brands and markets (LatAm & Brazil)

Community Management & Moderation

  • Manage day-to-day community interactions, including audience engagement, moderation, and response handling
  • Escalate issues and sensitive topics following established protocols and in coordination with Managers/Coordinators

Performance Tracking & Insights

  • Monitor content performance and engagement metrics (views, reach, engagement, retention, etc.)
  • Generate qualitative insights based on audience feedback, sentiment, and behavior
  • Support reporting and provide actionable recommendations to improve content performance

Social Listening & Trend Monitoring

  • Support social listening activities, including query setup, tagging, and monitoring within listening platforms
  • Identify trends, audience signals, and emerging conversations to inform content and marketing decisions

Campaign & Project Support

  • Support execution of campaigns, launches, and special projects across social platforms and YouTube
  • Track influencer deliverables, ensuring alignment with campaign requirements and timelines
  • Assist during peak periods and talent-driven initiatives

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with B2B, Growth and Performance, Marketing and PR Marketing Managers to execute campaign priorities and business-driven initiatives
  • Partner with Content Creators to ensure assets are properly adapted, published, and optimized for each platform
  • Coordinate with BPI, Performance, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure timely execution

Crisis Monitoring & Escalation

  • Monitor platforms for potential risks or issues and support early detection
  • Coordinate escalation with internal stakeholders as needed

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Support internal workflows, including brief coordination, asset tracking, and approvals
  • Assist with administrative processes such as Purchase Order (PO) tracking and documentation

Monetization Support

  • Support social media monetization initiatives in collaboration with BPI teams, ensuring proper execution and alignment with workflows

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or community management
  • Experience with social publishing and management tools
  • Familiarity with social listening and analytics platforms (e.g., Emplifi, BuzzMonitor)
  • Strong attention to detail and executional accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
