Job Summary/Description:
KMOV / Gray Digital Media is looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Sales Specialist. The Digital Sales Specialist will be tasked with analyzing user experience data, initiating digital projects, reporting on planning and current strategies, leading effective digital marketing strategies, and ensuring that projects are executed on time through quick turnaround and strong deadline management. You will play a pivotal role in growing our business and customer base and improving user experience.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Traffic, update, and monitor creative scheduling on digital campaigns.
• Responsible for submission and creative development for all digital advertising through Gray Digital Media Digital Design & 2 AdPro.
• Communicate effectively with clients and Media Executives to develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies and marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Assist in the startup process for digital campaigns by providing research and playing an active role in onboarding campaigns, including analytics and placement support on campaigns.
• Bimonthly, monitor digital campaigns' pacing and effectiveness to ensure campaign delivery.
• Analyze campaign performance data, general insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations for ongoing optimization. Retain/grow digital revenue by proactively finding opportunities to optimize campaign performance and meet KPI's.
• Work closely with Media Executives and Multimedia Sales Managers on strategy for proposals, sponsorships, etc.
• Present recommendations to clients in coordination with Media Executives.
• Assist Media Executives in the presentation of proposals to clients.
• Monthly Reporting calls on accounts-backend storytelling.
• Create and facilitate case studies from KMOV for Media Executives.
• Act as secondary client contact, understanding client goals and optimizing success through research and analysis of all digital advertising campaigns.
• Executing digital quotes.
• Serve as backup for the Station's other Digital Sales Strategist.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• 1+ Years Experience in Digital Marketing
• Familiarity with emerging digital tools
• Knowledge of various digital advertising products: Streaming (OTT/CTV), Pre-Roll, Display, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and more.
• Knowledge of planning and managing multiplatform media campaigns
• Proficient in data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance many workflows at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with an internal and external team to execute campaigns with precision.
