Job description

Step into a dynamic contract role dedicated to making a difference in the lives of students by providing specialized speech and language services. Utilize your skills and expertise in SLP, SLP - CCC, SLP - Healthcare, SLP - Pediatrics, SLP - School, and SLP - Teletherapy to support a diverse student population. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced SLPs and those seeking their CFY, offering you the chance to work collaboratively with educators and families while developing innovative, individualized treatment plans.
What We're Looking For:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligibility for state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); consideration given to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Experience working with pediatric clients, ideally within school or teletherapy settings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teamwork
  • Ability to design engaging therapy plans that address diverse student needs
  • Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms if required
  • Compassionate, resourceful, and adaptable approach to student care
  • Strong documentation and caseload management abilities
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
What You'll Do:
  • Administer comprehensive speech/language and communication assessments
  • Create and implement IEP goals tailored to each student
  • Deliver therapy sessions in-person and/or via teletherapy platforms
  • Maintain accurate and timely case notes and documentation
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer guidance and support to classroom staff as needed
  • Encourage an inclusive, supportive learning environment
