We serve over 2,000 customers, including airlines, original equipment manufacturers, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) providers. GA Telesis Ecosystemโ„ข is a vast global network spanning 54 locations in 30 countries on six continents. At GA Telesis, our core business is integrated aviation solutions, and our mission is customer success.
Located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, GA Telesis is seeking a Jr. Portfolio Managerto join our Leasing, Investment, Finance, and Trading division (LIFT). The LIFT division specializes in the investment, trading, and leasing of commercial aircraft and engines, providing tailored financing solutions to airlines globally.
Responsibilities:
  • Support Asset Management's activities to maximize the value of the Company's portfolio of commercial Aircraft and Engines, including periodic reviews with upper management.
  • Assist the Asset Management team in developing budgets for maintenance, confirming consistency with LIFT underwriting assumptions, coordinating operating actions, and tracking performance against plan.
  • Forecast cash-flows and maintenance status of the Company's portfolio of Aircraft and Engines.
  • Perform lease audits and prepare performance reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review lease documents and extract necessary data for compliance with lease terms.
  • Assist in the preparation of Term Sheets, Letters of Intent and Lease summaries.
  • Provide general assistance with other needs within the Asset Management Team.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the Company's FSG and LIFT divisions related to transactions and projects.
  • Create and maintain database of lease summaries, that is easily accessible to internal users, and which can be used to efficiently generate marketing packages.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Aviation Finance, Aerospace Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience as an Investment Analyst, Financial Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Aviation Finance, Aerospace Engineering, or related field and 1 year of experience as an Investment Analyst, Financial Analyst, or related occupation.
  • Experience must include the following: Proficient familiarity with all major commercial aircraft and engine types; Financial and technical acumen concerning aircraft and engine leasing; Application of knowledge in market values and general maintenance programs for engines and aircraft.

Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
