Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for talent, a proactive approach to sourcing, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, this role will also involve providing strategic HR guidance to support our business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Active Sourcing: Utilize various social media platforms, job boards, and networking events to actively source and engage potential candidates.
  • Recruiter Phone Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, and fit.

Qualifications
