) Business Office Manager (BOM)
The Gardens at Camp Hill | Camp Hill, PA
The Gardens at Camp Hill is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our skilled nursing facility in Camp Hill, PA.
The Business Office Manager assists in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems to ensure the business office operates effectively and efficiently and supports the overall financial operations of the facility.
Schedule
  • Full-Time
Responsibilities
  • Ensure supplies are requested, approved, and ordered according to facility policy
  • Bill, monitor, and collect accounts receivable
  • Report delinquent accounts to the Administrator and/or Director of Finance
  • Assist in planning and implementing changes to the accounting system
  • Perform all job functions required of the Accounting/Billing Assistant
  • Maintain accurate financial and billing records
  • Assist with Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance-related billing and documentation
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of business office and/or accounting experience required
  • Long-term care accounts receivable experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
