About the Job:

The Telematics Sales Executive (TSE) is focused on selling our telematics solutions to Auto Insurance carriers. The TSE role exists to acquire and grow revenue within established enterprise sales accounts, build relationships with key decision makers, and work with product and marketing to develop the sales strategies that will be used to accelerate the sales growth within the Auto Insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue objectives. Managing territory projections and plans, and implementing sales activities that assess revenue potential and target revenue opportunities.
• Negotiating contract renewals, restructuring commercial deals, and selling new, transformative solutions.
• Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships.
• Strategic and consultative business development - listening to our customers' motivations, needs, and pain points.
• Driving and facilitating initial scoping, proposition discovery, and solutioning sessions with customers.
• Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of our Platform and Enterprise Solutions.
• Working closely with Product and Leadership teams to execute aligned sales strategies.
• Building new prospect leads and guiding them through the sales cycle.
• Working closely in a team environment with account managers, sales support, and technical implementation employees to satisfy customer needs.
• Building and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Performing all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of demonstrated extensive experience in selling telematics or Usage Based Insurance (UBI) solutions in an enterprise or B2B environment.
• Experience in successfully building client relationships.
• A highly consultative approach to sales, understanding our value proposition and can adapt it to the needs of a prospect.
• Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Display excellent project management and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel as required (25-30%)

Position is eligible for base salary plus a variable component.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $119,300 - $221,500. Total Target Cash Range: $183,500 - $340,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Total Target Cash Range for IL is $192,700 - $357,700. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $131,300 - $243,700. Total Target Cash Range for Chicago, IL is $201,900 - $374,700. Base Pay Range for MD is $125,400 - $232,700. Total Target Cash Range for MD is $192,700 - $357,700. Base Pay Range for NY is $131,300 - $243,700. Total Target Cash Range for NY is $201,900 - $374,700. Base Pay Range for New York City is $137,300 - $254,800. Total Target Cash for New York City is $211,000 - $391,800. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $113,400 - $210,400. Total Target Cash Range for Rochester, NY is $174,300 - $323,600. Base Pay Range for OH is $113,400 - $210,400.
