with top brands and venues to create memorable experiences for families and guests of all ages. The Company provides

turnkey outsourced facility management and arcade operations services for resorts, hotels, casinos, and amusement parks.

Additionally, the Company owns and operates standalone family entertainment centers under the In The Game, Max Action,

and Bonkers brands. The Company operates nearly 90 locations throughout the U.S


Position Summary


The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing local sales and

marketing initiatives while creating exceptional guest experiences through parties, group events, fundraisers, and community

partnerships. This role leads the location's sales efforts, develops relationships within the local community, oversees event

execution, and partners closely with Operations and Corporate Marketing to achieve revenue, attendance, and guest satisfaction goals.


Key Responsibilities


Leadership & Supervision


  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategies to increase birthday parties, group events, corporate outings, fundraisers, and other special event bookings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, community organizations, and other partners to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation through event execution and post-event follow-up while maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
  • Execute local marketing initiatives in partnership with Corporate Marketing, including promotions, community outreach, sponsorships, and social media support.
  • Oversee the planning and successful execution of parties, group events, and special events to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Collaborate with Operations and other departments to ensure events are properly planned, staffed, and executed.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional guest service.
  • Monitor sales performance, event profitability, and marketing effectiveness, making recommendations to improve business results.
  • Prepare and maintain required reports, event documentation, and sales metrics while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company professionally within the community and perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the location.

Requirements

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three or more years of experience in sales, hospitality, entertainment, event management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and marketing results to drive business growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
