 This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on hitting goals, and may someday want to lead a team or run a business of their own.
What You’ll Do
·         Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns
·         Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial service products
·         Conduct needs-based conversations that educate customers and build trust
·         Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals
·         Support retention efforts and strengthen relationships with existing clients
·         Work directly with the agent to develop marketing strategies and grow the agency
You will gain hands-on exposure to sales strategy, client service, marketing execution, and daily agency operations.
