ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a telemarketer for the Renee Hyde Insurance and Financial Services Agency, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. You will engage prospective customers over the phone, identify their insurance needs, and provide the appropriate coverages for each customer's unique situation.
While promoting our team, our insurance products/financial services, and the good we offer to our community, you also gain unique insights invaluable to your career growth. As an inventive and sales-minded professional, we are eager to incorporate your skillset into our agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance.
  • Offer additional State Farm products to prospective customers.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Identify coverage needs for prospects and generate new policies for the agency.
  • Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on call activity, quote generation, and new policies written.
  • Meet production goals assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous telemarketing or sales experience.
  • Communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner.
