Telesales Representative - Remote | Part Time | Weekend
Position: Telesales Representative - Remote
Schedule: Part Time, Saturday & Sunday | 16-20 hours per week
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate- $20 per hour + uncapped commission, paid weekly
About the Role
Direct Meds is looking for a motivated, results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team on a part-time, weekend schedule.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who knows how to build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close business over the phone.
We are particularly interested in candidates with a proven track record in mortgage sales, lending, telehealth sales, or other high-volume, consultative phone sales environments. Experience selling telehealth services, wellness programs, peptides, or similar healthcare-related products is highly valued.
You'll be one of the first points of contact for prospective customers and will play an important role in helping them understand Direct Meds' products and services while driving new customer growth.

Schedule & Compensation
  • Saturday and Sunday only
  • Minimum 16 hours per week
  • Maximum 20 hours per week
  • Hourly compensation for all hours worked
  • Uncapped commission paid weekly
  • Performance-based earning opportunity with no limit on commission potential

What You'll Do
  • Proactively contact prospective customers by phone and other approved communication channels
  • Respond to and follow up with inbound leads quickly and professionally
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer goals and identify appropriate Direct Meds products and services
  • Educate prospective customers on available offerings and guide them through the sales process
  • Build trust and establish strong customer relationships over the phone
  • Effectively handle questions, concerns, and objections
  • Consistently work toward and exceed weekly sales goals and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM
  • Follow established sales processes, compliance requirements, and company policies
  • Collaborate with customer success, operations, and clinical teams to support a seamless customer experience
  • Stay current on Direct Meds products, services, promotions, and sales processes

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a closer - someone who is comfortable having sales conversations, handling objections, asking for the business, and being accountable to measurable results.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following environments are strongly encouraged to apply:
  • Mortgage sales or mortgage lending
  • Telehealth sales
  • Sales of peptides or peptide-related wellness products
  • Healthcare or wellness sales
  • Inside sales or high-volume phone sales
  • Consultative sales
  • Financial services or other performance-driven sales environments

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in mortgage, telehealth, healthcare, financial services, or another high-volume phone sales environment
  • Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
  • Must be able to commit to 16-20 hours every weekend
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills
  • Confident asking for the sale and closing over the phone
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by results
  • Highly coachable and receptive to feedback
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to accurately document activity in a CRM
