We are partnering with a fast-growing telehealth company seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in healthcare support and customer service.
This role is fully onsite and ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, are tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and emails from patients
  • Respond to inquiries related to medications, orders, and general support
  • Assist users within a patient portal system
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional customer service
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups
