  • Lead the design and evolution of workflows, data models, and automation across all modules, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform health.
  • Establish and enforce engineering standards and architectural patterns across the platform, prioritizing out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionality, ITIL best practices, and platform standards while governing customization decisions to protect upgrade compatibility and maintain long-term platform health.

Platform Administration
  • Perform and oversee day-to-day administration across all supported modules including ITSM, BCM, Security Operations, CMDB, and CSDM.
  • Govern user access, roles, and entitlements across all locations in alignment with security and compliance requirements.

  • Own Security Operations including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence, ensuring consistent workflows and integration with enterprise security tooling across all locations.
  • Own the BCM platform including Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Planning, supporting enterprise resilience and disaster recovery across all locations while leveraging CMDB integration for real-time asset and dependency visibility.

CMDB & CSDM
  • Own the CMDB as the enterprise source of truth for configuration items, assets, and service dependencies across all locations.
  • Own the implementation and adoption of CSDM as the enterprise framework for organizing services, applications, and infrastructure, ensuring data quality supports ITSM, BCM, and Security Operations workflows.

Integration & Operational Excellence
  • Architect and own enterprise integrations connecting the ServiceNow platform to upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
  • Own the platform delivery lifecycle including environment strategy, release management, and deployment practices across a multi-location enterprise.
  • Ensure platform reliability, availability, and operational readiness at scale across all locations.
