• Plan, activate, and optimize programmatic campaigns across different DSP platforms.

• Manage campaigns across Display, Video, Native, CTV, and Programmatic Audio formats.

• Develop and implement audience targeting strategies based on data insights and contextual signals.

• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize toward key KPIs (CPA, CPC, CTR, VTR, etc.).

• Produce performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients.

• Collaborate with planning, analytics, and account teams to develop data-driven media strategies.

• Manage Private Marketplace (PMP) deals and preferred deals with publishers.

• Ensure correct budget pacing and campaign delivery.

• Identify opportunities for testing, optimization, and innovation across targeting, formats, and creatives.

• Campaign and strategy setup
• Control of campaigns and associated KPI's
• Contribution of solutions to incidents resolution
• Collaboration on media proposals and plans
• Contact with DSPs
• Contacts with planning and purchasing teams of the agencies

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Economis or related filed or have previous experience +3 years
• Cross-platform DSP knowledge, especially in DV360
• Knowledge of ad servers: DCM, Sizmek, Weborama...
• Experience in activating analytical segments
• Video experience (Youtube and deals) and display.
