Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $62hr - $67hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in JDE E1 Security.
  • 3+ years of experience in ALLOut Toolset and ALLOut Security.
  • 4+ years of experience in Sox Audit support.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain User Profiles (P0092) and User Roles, including environment assignments and display preferences.
  • Manage object security via the Security Workbench (P00950), covering application, action, row, column, and UDO security.
  • Utilize the ALLOut Security suite to streamline bulk security changes and automate multi-role conflict resolution.
  • Monitor Segregation of Duties (SoD) and perform risk analysis to identify and mitigate unauthorized access or process conflicts.
  • Implement a Closed (Deny All) security model where access is granted based on specific business processes rather than individual user needs.
  • Proficiency in the ALLOut Security toolset allows for automation that standard JDE lacks.
  • Simplifies user provisioning and role maintenance with automated one-click setups.
  • Enables bulk security modifications and the ability to view/change all security types in a single grid.
  • Resolves JDE's standard 30-role limit and automatically merges row security from multiple roles.
  • Uses out-of-the-box templates to detect and manage Segregation of Duties risks.
  • Automates menu-filtering and navigation security, ensuring users only see what they are authorized to use.
