At Enludio, we believe that having a talented engineering team in a supportive work environment is essential for delivering exceptional projects and user experiences. Our engineering team collaborates closely with all production departments, including Project Management, Creative, and Quality Assurance, to develop engaging solutions for our clients.

Your Role
As an Engineering Manager specializing in Real Time 3D technologies, you will play a pivotal role in leading technical teams to shape innovative solutions from concept to delivery. You will be responsible for guiding the design and development of cutting-edge applications that leverage game engines and immersive technologies, while also managing and mentoring engineers. Collaborating closely with product, design, and cross-functional leadership in a dynamic environment, you will remove roadblocks, drive technical strategy, and ensure seamless integration across platforms. Your leadership will help accelerate the evolution of spatial computing, fostering a culture of excellence and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in this exciting field.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and support engineers working on real-time systems using game engines, simulation, sensor integration, spatial computing, and immersive technologies
  • Guide technical execution and architecture decisions for client projects and internal product initiatives
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, support career growth, and help maintain team health
  • Facilitate code reviews, design discussions, technical planning, and knowledge sharing across the engineering team
  • Partner with Product, Production, Design, QA, Project Management, and client-facing stakeholders to clarify scope, identify risks, and support successful delivery
  • Support sprint planning, estimation, technical breakdowns, and delivery commitments
  • Identify blockers, dependencies, technical risks, and staffing concerns early and escalate appropriately
  • Reinforce engineering standards, documentation practices, code quality, and development workflows

What You'll Need
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing engineering teams in a software delivery environment
  • Strong technical background in C++, C#, Python, or similar programming languages
  • Hands-on experience with real-time platforms such as Unity, Unreal, Omniverse, or similar tools
  • Ability to guide technically complex work involving immersive experiences, simulation, spatial computing, hardware integration, or interactive systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make sound technical trade-offs
  • Ability to balance people leadership, technical execution, and delivery priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product, Production, Design, QA, Project Management, and clients
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity

Nice To Have But Not Necessary
  • Experience in Simulation & Training, Themed Entertainment, Gaming, Defense, or Enterprise Technology
  • Experience with XR hardware such as Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Magic Leap, Apple Vision Pro, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with specialized hardware, labs, sensors, motion platforms, or physical installations
  • Experience in a startup or high-autonomy environment
  • Familiarity with technical estimation, proposal support, or client-facing technical communication
  • Enthusiasm for immersive experiences, real-time technologies, and cross-disciplinary product development

Due to the nature of our work, it is mandatory that you are a US Citizen and able to comply with Government regulations.
