Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Python Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across distributed applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy backend services and APIs using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
- Integrate applications with Azure Cloud services including Azure Functions, Azure App Service, and Azure SQL.
- Design and manage RESTful APIs for data exchange and integration.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using Azure DevOps.
- Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write efficient, reusable, and testable code while following best practices.
- Monitor application performance and optimize backend operations.
- 9+ years of professional experience as a Backend Developer using Python.
- Strong experience with Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL, etc.).
- Proficiency in REST API development and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration tools.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Solid understanding of database design (SQL & NoSQL).
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with serverless architecture in Azure.
- Familiarity with message queues (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Understanding of data security and compliance in cloud environments.
