Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in Matillion DW ELT/ETL.
  • 1+ years of experience in Snowflake.
  • 1+ years of experience in DataStage.
  • Proven experience in Agile projects.
  • Prior experience as a Technical Lead.
  • Strong BI/ETL background.
  • Mandatory Healthcare domain experience (Member, enrollment, eligibility, EMR, EHR space).
  • Experience managing development teams.
  • Knowledge of APIs, Apigee, and SFDC.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and solutions with a strong focus on Automation, ETL orchestration (Matillion), database design (Snowflake), and data transformations.
  • Own technical decisions related to database architecture, schema design, and data modeling.
  • Review and guide development of complex SQL, transformations, and performance-optimized data pipelines.
  • Act as the primary technical escalation point for data-related issues.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead both client and development teams.
