Job Overview:
Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Minimum 1+ years of MS Dynamics Solution Architect experience with strong Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relation experience.
- Strong expertise in D365 Sales, D365 Marketing / Customer Insights - Journeys, and D365 Customer Service.
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes, customer lifecycle management, and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Define end-to-end CRM solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis.
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and solution designs.
- Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design and implement lead management, opportunity management, account & contact management, sales forecasting, sales pipeline management, territory management, quote-to-order processes, and sales insights.
- Design customer engagement strategies utilizing customer segmentation, customer journeys, email marketing, campaign management, event management, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and customer insights and analytics.
- Architect solutions for case management, omnichannel engagement, knowledge management, SLA management, customer self-service portals, customer service copilot, and contact center and agent productivity.
- Drive adoption of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.
- Design low-code solutions extending D365 CRM capabilities.
- Define integration patterns with ERP, Finance, HR, eCommerce, and third-party applications.
- Design integrations using Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs, and Dataverse.
- Develop data migration and master data management strategies.
Qualification And Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 7+ years of Dynamics CRM/D365 CE implementation experience.
- Minimum 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
