We are seeking a Business Partner Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding qualified business partners across multiple regions. This role leads strategic recruitment efforts, builds and maintains strong partner relationships, and ensures alignment with operational needs and company growth objectives.

The Role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to identify and secure new business partners across multiple geographical regions
  • Complete thorough evaluations of new business partners for safety performance, fleet requirements, personnel qualifications, and overall fit
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners through regular engagement and professional networking
  • Collaborate closely with internal operations teams to ensure partner recruitment aligns with organizational objectives
  • Develop market-specific recruitment plans based on operational needs and growth objectives
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns using various channels including personal networks, social media, industry forums, and specialized platforms
  • Monitor and analyze success rates of different recruitment channels and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Create compelling presentations and communications to showcase our organization's value proposition to potential partners
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and new partnership opportunities
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the partner/subcontractor space
  • Guide new partners through the onboarding process to ensure successful integration
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of telecommunications experience, including cable, fiber, or underground construction required
  • 1+ year of management experience preferred
  • Previous experience with multi-dwelling unit telecom installs, construction, or maintenance preferred
  • Willingness to travel 20–50% annually, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications construction operations and the local subcontractor market
  • Established industry network and experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles preferred
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain strong business relationships
  • Experience with contract negotiations and partner onboarding preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to identify new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, social media, and business development tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
  • Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving
  • Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
