Job description

The purpose of this class is to perform technical, business, and administrative duties related to the information technology operations and technical infrastructure support within the Richland County Sheriff's Department (RCSD). Manages the technical infrastructure (hardware and software), the Disaster Recovery and Prevention Program, maintenance contracts, FBI CJIS Security Plan compliance, and oversees the development of technical standards and procedures. Supervises the RCSD PC/LAN Specialist III. Regularly interacts with the RCSD Management Team and Richland County Information Technology Department. Regularly interacts with the divisions, regions, and their employees from all of Richland County Sheriff's Department. Regularly interacts with outside consultants and outside vendors.

Compensation Range: $79,779.43 - $127,539.40
