Job description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for consideration to fill an open Telecommunications Engineer in our Program Management Services Division.

The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of engineering, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.

Responsibilities
  • Support ALL capital Projects involving digitization and automation of electric operations, gas operations, Fossil Hydro Operations, Process and Technology, AMI, and Control & Automation Systems as follows:
  • Project Evaluation, Feasibility and Planning reviews
  • Contract reviews (non-legal)
  • Monitoring of Construction progress
  • Monitoring of equipment and material compliance with specifications
  • Engineering design and planning reviews
  • Schedule Analysis and Optimization
  • Equipment Commissioning and Verification Test
  • Operational and Maintenance Review
  • Cost/Benefit Analysis
  • General reporting to owner on the basis of technical and business competence
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of engineering experience in the functional area
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology
  • PE requested
