This role operates in a fully remote setting designed for telehealth. As a mental health counselor, you will utilize advanced telecommunication technologies to connect with and support clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments evaluating clients' mental health and emotional wellness, using standardized tools and methodologies.
• Develop, implement, and regularly assess individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, designed to facilitate healing and growth.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions and track progress, ensuring compliance with both legal and ethical standards.
• Offer crisis intervention, including immediate support and action plans for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, working alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in mental health practices, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approach.
• Participate in continuous supervision and training initiatives to enhance clinical skills and prepare for further challenges and growth.
• Maintain adherence to ethical guidelines established by relevant licensing boards and ensure client confidentiality at all times.

You will work with a varied clientele including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a range of mental health conditions from anxiety and depression to trauma-related issues and relationship concerns. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is essential for this role.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities are crucial for developing effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
