Lead, Distribution:This position exists to assist the supervisor in training associates and meeting deadlines for their department.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists supervisor with balancing daily workflow in their department.
Assists supervisor in all aspects of assigned function/area to ensure efficient operations.
Prepares work reports as needed.
Trains new associates and assists with questions.

HOURS:
1ST Shift: Hours will be 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required, when necessary.

EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
