A Telecommunications Associate is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunications systems, such as phone networks, internet connections, and data communication equipment. Their duties may also include configuring network devices, monitoring system performance, and assisting users with technical issues related to telecommunication services.
