Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • Our Customer Service Manager will be required to manage existing customers while introducing them to new / upgraded features as it relates to their existing telecommunications services. 
  • They will also be responsible for adding new program customers through customer service efforts
  • Must be able to communicate effectively through verbal and non-verbal communication
  • Must be at least 18 years of age 
  • Must be able to commute to Dallas, TX daily
