Job description

Wyyerd FIBER, a subsidiary of Wyyerd Group, is seeking a dynamic Direct Sales Person to drive fiber internet service sales. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and has experience in telecommunication sales and client management. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual who can generate new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage new SMB prospects and clients.
  • Generate new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities.
  • Schedule and meet with SMB owners/IT managers.
  • Promote Wyyerd FIBER's positive reputation and brand image in the marketplace.
  • Have a good understanding of telecommunication connectivity, phone VOIP services, data-use cases, telecom billing, and the competitive landscape.
  • Cultivate relationships with owners, IT managers, community leaders and business associations in the area.
  • Participate in community events and activities as a company representative.
  • Actively coordinate with the SMB & Executive sales team to perform sales tasks.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Three to five years of direct sales experience, preferably in telecommunication sales and SMB sales or client management.
  • Proven sales experience and success.
  • Familiar with customer record systems, processes and practices.
  • Highly organized and communicative with colleagues and leaders.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Preference given to individuals living in close proximity to our office.
SMB Compensation Plan:
  • Base Pay: $50,000-$60,000
  • Commission: $30,000-$90,000
  • OTE: $80,000-$150,000
