Job description

Job Title: Program Manager - EngageRTC Technical PM 24
Location: Austin, Texas.
Duration: Long Term Contract.
Direct Client: Req.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver EngageRTC Technical PM 24 on time and within budget.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using Agile project management methodologies.
  • Oversee and coordinate all project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Agile Project Management and traditional Project Management.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and DevOps practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in Networking and Communication Protocols (e.g., SIP, RTMF).
  • Solid understanding of CPaaS, SIP, VoIP, and WebRTC technologies.
  • Experience with telephony, audio codecs, video codecs, and real-time communications (RTC).
  • Familiarity with telecommunications and contact center solutions.

Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Cloud Networking.
  • Experience with Twilio and Azure Communication Services.
  • Familiarity with audio codecs like OPUS and other real-time communication technologies.

Preferred Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in the telecommunications or real-time communications sector.
