Duties & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly adaptable and solution-driven Product Management Configurator | Analyst to serve as the central hub for product lifecycle management and execution. In this role, you will receive tasks and project requests from various teams-including Product Line Management, NPI, Operations, and R&D Engineering - ensuring seamless collaboration and execution. As the primary product configuration expert, you will be responsible for working with the backend process teams in setting up product structures for product development, quoting, and order management. This position requires strong collaborative skills, project management skills, and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment and enjoys solving challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Product Lifecycle Configuration Support & Task Execution

  • Act as the primary resource for setting up new product structures in product lifecycle tool
  • Work with PLM to structure product pricing within quoting tool and product selection guide
  • Communicate with Sales on new product releases and end of life notices
  • Create and run reports on product status, history, costs, and structure in support of PLM

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in product lifecycle maintenance
  • Develop new testing tools, automation strategies, and methodologies to streamline product workflows.
