The TELUS Rewards team is looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to champion and elevate our loyalty program - one of Canada's most exciting customer rewards ecosystems. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you'll own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for TELUS Rewards, driving program awareness, member growth, and partnership activation with iconic brands like WestJet.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, TELUS Rewards, you will be the driving force behind the program's marketing presence - internally and externally. Here's how:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the development and end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote TELUS Rewards across internal and external channels
  • Drive go-to-market strategies that increase program awareness, member acquisition, and engagement across Mobility & Home services
  • Champion personalization and segmentation strategies to deliver relevant, timely messaging across the full customer journey
  • Own campaign performance tracking, KPI reporting, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI and program impact

Partnership Marketing & Execution

  • Own the marketing execution for key Rewards partnerships, including flagship partners such as WestJet, from campaign brief through to activation and post-campaign analysis
  • Collaborate with Business Development and partner teams to develop co-branded campaigns that amplify the value of TELUS Rewards for members
  • Identify and evaluate new partnership marketing opportunities to enhance the program's value proposition and competitive positioning
  • Manage partner marketing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless execution

Program Growth & Member Engagement

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the TELUS Rewards member base and increase active engagement within the program
  • Drive the evolution of the Rewards value proposition through compelling storytelling, offers, and member communications
  • Support channel readiness and integration of Rewards messaging across all customer acquisition and retention touchpoints
  • Lead competitive analysis across loyalty and telco sectors to identify growth opportunities and maintain market leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Technology, and Operations teams on program enhancements and new feature launches
  • Work with Brand and Communications teams to ensure consistent, on-brand Rewards messaging across all channels
  • Engage with Sales and Customer Care teams on channel enablement and Rewards program education
  • Collaborate with Finance on campaign budgeting, business casing, and financial planning for marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, and Privacy teams to ensure all campaigns and partner activations meet compliance requirements
Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution across multiple channels
  • Experience in partnership marketing, co-branded campaigns, or loyalty/rewards program marketing
  • Strong analytical skills - you're comfortable working with data and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, KPI tracking, and performance optimization
  • Agility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - self-driven, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
