Job description

Our client is seeking a Telecom Engineer to join its telecommunications team. This position is primarily remote but requires candidates to live within approximately one hour of a hospital location to provide onsite support when needed for projects, critical issues, or escalations.
The team is looking for a Level II-III Telecom Engineer with strong Cisco voice experience and the ability to support, troubleshoot, and enhance a complex enterprise telecommunications environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support and administer Cisco-based voice and telecommunications systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated voice and call routing issues
  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of telecom infrastructure projects
  • Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately once every six weeks)
  • Automate and streamline telecom processes, including voicemail management and extension routing where applicable
