What WE offer YOU. 

  • Base wage $17.05 per hour in most Canadian provinces ($17.85 per hour in BC)
  • Commission: Uncapped bonus earning potential 
  • Full Time Hours - Monday-Friday 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm EST (please be mindful of your time zone)
    • Note: Possibility of some Saturday shifts
  • Fully Remote - Work from home from most provinces in Canada; we supply the necessary equipment

Your typical day at work: 

As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will ensure customers receive the best value for all their products and services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Make outbound calls, primarily to new or past customers.
  • Upsell and offer additional products and services that meet the customers’ needs. 
  • Stay informed about the latest packages available for Internet, mobile services, programming, and TV.
  • Understand the customer’s situation and recognize their needs.
  • Build rapport quickly while effectively overcoming objections. 
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality 
  • Consistently meet or exceed various KPI targets.

You will be a great fit for this position if you have:

  • Experience working in a call center, specifically in a role focused on outbound sales.
  • A minimum of 6 months of sales experience 
  • The ability to quickly build rapport and overcome objections 
  • A strong desire to earn a higher income in a bonus-driven sales environment.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to multitask using a wide range of software applications and programs 
  • The ability to connect your computer directly to your modem using an Ethernet cable while working.
