Position Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant with strong Telecom industry experience to design, implement, and optimize IT Service Management processes. The consultant will work with business and technology teams to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Implement Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
  • Configure Service Catalogs and workflow automation.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
