Join Our Team as a Warehouse Supervisor!

We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who is passionate about operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and leading a high-performing team. If you're an organized problem solver who enjoys improving processes, supporting people, and ensuring operations run efficiently, we'd love to have you on our team.
What You'll Do
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution.
  • Help oversee warehouse procedures to ensure inventory is maintained accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct physical counts, and reconcile inventory records.
  • Verify incoming shipments, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Ensure sales orders are fulfilled accurately, and inventory transactions are completed according to company standards.
  • Maintain warehouse organization while maximizing storage space and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance, warehouse upkeep, and asset management activities.
  • Assist with inventory forecasting, stock replenishment, and material movement to meet business needs.
  • Support testing, tracking, and disposal of equipment in accordance with company procedures.
  • Promote a safe, secure, and compliant warehouse environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Help coach, motivate, and support warehouse team members while encouraging accountability and collaboration.
  • Partner with departments across the organization to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional internal customer service.
  • Support storm preparedness efforts and other operational initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transportation, Retail Management, or a related field with a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in warehouse, inventory, or distribution operations; or
  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse, inventory, or distribution operations, including supervisory responsibilities
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
  • Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is an asset.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
