Description: About the Role

The Telecom Warehouse & Materials Specialist supports daily field operations by managing inventory, organizing materials, and ensuring crews receive accurate, timely equipment for construction and maintenance projects. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and essential to keeping telecom projects running smoothly.

  • Location: Eden Prairie, MN
  • Must be a local resident. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming telecom materials, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts across warehouse and yard locations
  • Prepare and stage materials for daily crew pickups and project deployments
  • Track material usage and update records in company systems
  • Coordinate deliveries, returns, and transfers with vendors and field supervisors
  • Keep warehouse and yard areas clean, safe, and compliant with company standards
  • Monitor stock levels and notify leadership when replenishment is needed
  • Assist with loading/unloading trucks and operating forklifts or material-handling equipment
  • Identify damaged or missing items and report issues promptly
  • Support project managers with material availability, substitutions, and lead-time updates
