Ready to build a career in a growing, hands-on industry that merges technology with real-world craftsmanship? We’re hiring Journeyman Electricians to join a team that specializes in innovative AV, telecom, and security installations
We’re looking for individuals with strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt in dynamic environments. You’ll receive on-the-job training alongside seasoned professionals and gain the skills needed to grow your career in the booming telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform cable management and infrastructure tasks such as pulling and terminating low and high voltage cables, fiber, digging trenches, and working in attics for new or retrofit wiring.
  • Install and service AV/network systems including TVs, cameras, wireless access points, speakers, and cabling (Cat5e–Cat8, fiber, and audio lines).
  • Build and support systems by assembling AV racks, handling interconnects, and providing after-hours customer support on a rotating on-call basis.
  • Participate in ongoing product and installation training to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Maintain tools, inventory, and documentation by tracking equipment, managing field reports, and ensuring organized, clean workspaces.
Requirements:
  • Must be a Certified Licensed Journeyman Electrician.
  • Previous experience pulling/terminating high and low voltage cable a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and a flexible, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in changing environments, and travel when needed (overnight stays required for some projects).
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid TX Driver’s License
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.

Pay Rate:
  • $28 - $30/Hourly
  • Quarterly performance reviews with opportunities for raises, permanent placement, and benefits for the right candidate.
