Job Description

We are seeking a Telecom OSS Tester with AI expertise who can contribute to both OSS testing initiatives and AI-driven automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience building AI agents, intelligent test automation frameworks, and leveraging Generative AI technologies while working in Telecom OSS environments.

Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of Telecom OSS Testing experience.
  • Strong experience with:
    • OSS/BSS Systems
    • Service Provisioning
    • Order Management
    • Inventory Management
    • Service Assurance
    • Network Operations
  • Hands-on Automation Testing experience using Java, Python, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
  • Experience building or integrating AI-powered testing solutions.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
AI & Agent Development Experience:
  • Experience developing AI Agents using:
    • LangChain
    • LangGraph
    • CrewAI
