Remote Project Coordinator (Telecom)

TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a fast-paced team driving telecom and infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and takes pride in keeping projects organized and on track.

This resource can work 100% remotely, supporting typical daytime business hours in the Alaska Time Zone, Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do

·     Coordinate project activities including materials, inventory, and workflow tracking

·     Maintain and update project documentation (schedules, drawings, permits, charters, etc.)

·     Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and operational issues

·     Partner with engineering, site acquisition teams, contractors, and vendors to meet timelines

·     Track circuit orders, purchase orders, and materials delivery

·     Ensure regulatory and company compliance across project documentation

·     Audit and validate site and project data

·     Support administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and documentation

What You Bring

·     3+ years of experience in project coordination, construction, telecom, inventory/warehouse, or related field

·     At least 1 year working in a professional office environment

·     Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint

·     Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills

·     Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

·     Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability

·     Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow

Education

·     High School Diploma or equivalent required

·     Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred

Nice To Have

·     Telecom Industry certifications

·     Experience with project tracking systems and data validation

This is a Contract position based out of Anchorage, AK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
