  • Tracking and reporting on project metrics, status, productivity, and logistical details while identifying potential risks and issues
  • Assisting with or leading the preparation of quotes, reviewing SOWs, and reaching consensus with clients on deliverables and expectations
  • Facilitating communications with customers to prepare specifications, explain proposals, and present findings
  • Contributing directly to the design, development, and inspection of projects as needed
  • Supporting financial reporting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure project success

  • Demonstrating growth in your technical knowledge and project capabilities

What We're Looking For

  • Project Delivery Experience: demonstrated experience facilitating successful project delivery, team coordination, or management in telecommunications or similar technical domains
  • Educational Requirements: University/College/Technical School Graduate or equivalent combination of experience and training; telecommunications or engineering background preferred
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management software, financial forecasting, metrics tracking, and Google Suite or Microsoft applications
  • Project Management Excellence: Ability to plan projects, identify risks, manage ongoing projects, and create comprehensive status reports
  • Strategic Communication: Strong ability to communicate professionally with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Well-organized, time-conscious, and results-focused with demonstrated ability to break down problems into manageable segments
  • Resilience: Capacity to bounce back from challenges and adjust course
