Commercial Project Manager โ€“ Lead High-Volume Glazing Projects and Financial Operations


Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will take full ownership of high-volume commercial glass installation projects within an agile, private equity-backed organization. This position gives you the autonomy to manage financial performance and operations from submittals to closeout documents. You will drive project execution and scale operational efficiency in a supportive, entrepreneurial office environment.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of high-volume, quick-duration commercial glazing projects safely.
  • Control project financials and budgets to secure maximum profitability across all contracts.
  • Build accurate technical submittal packages and comprehensive closeout documentation for clients.
  • Utilize Procore construction management software to organize schedules, logs, and project communication.
  • Interpret architectural blueprints and structural plans to guide installation teams accurately.
  • Coordinate field logistics and trade schedules starting at 6:00 AM to maintain timelines.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic, private equity-backed expansion objectives.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Deep professional experience running commercial glass and glazing projects or related exterior shell trades.
  • Absolute proficiency in interpreting complex architectural blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
  • Demonstrated history managing project financials, monitoring budgets, and tracking profitability margins.
  • Strong competency and practical experience utilizing Procore software for day-to-day project management.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 years of successful commercial project management experience in the glazing industry.
  • Possession of an Associateโ€™s Degree or higher in a relevant construction field is a plus.
  • Background managing storefront, curtain wall, and high-end interior glass installation scopes.
