Financial background or extensive experience.
A minimum of five years of experience in city wide financial implementations and migrations.
Recent experience in the public sector, preferably for a municipality in the general geographic area, managing the implementation of the following identified for replacement:
o Financial
o Utility Billing
o Business License
o Budget
o Payroll
o Purchasing
o Human Resources
o Document Management
o Fixed Assets
Experience with managing projects with limited resources and creative ways to mitigate risk and track staff expectations.
Experience with non-SAP cloud-based software implementations i.e., OpenGov, Tyler Technologies or Central Square.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
