Project Manager Commercial Construction | Martin Horn

Martin Horn is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of complex, high-impact commercial projects typically $5M$15M, ground-up or major renovation. You'll lead your own jobs from preconstruction through punch list, own the client and architect relationships, and mentor an Assistant PM along the way.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead projects from precon through closeout, typically $5M$15M
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and architects
  • Oversee planning, budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and closeout
  • Use CMiC and internal tools to track every dollar in real time
  • Mentor your assigned APM while collaborating daily with experienced PMs and executives
  • Keep subcontractors, vendors, and field teams aligned and delivering quality work

What You Bring

  • 5+ years as a full-time PM on commercial projects (or comparable experience)
  • A track record of delivering on time and on budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of construction contracts, CPM scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Familiarity with construction systems and software (CMiC a plus)
  • A team mindset, a calm presence, and a drive to solve problems
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
