Job Description Project Manager We are a commercial contractor with 46 years of exceptional building experience. It is listed as an ENR Top 400 U.S. General Contractor and has corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC, as well as offices in Greenville and Charleston, SC

The company is seeking a seasoned project manager. The qualified project manager will bring the necessary skills to effectively manage a construction project from the early stages through completion. A typical project manager will assist during the pre-construction phase with early schedule development, budgeting, and constructability reviews, and ultimately takes the lead for the construction team during the construction phase.

Responsibilities would regularly include budget maintenance, project buyout, account receivables, subcontractor procurement and contracting, shop drawing and submittal process, schedule development and maintenance, safety plan implementation, quality assurance plan implementation, customer satisfaction, and overall project team relations. Required Experience: Applicants should have 8-12 years of commercial construction experience with a B.S. in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
