You take full ownership of planning, scheduling, and execution, guiding your team and subcontractors to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Each day is dynamic and fast-paced as you analyze scopes, review budgets, and collaborate with clients, adjusters, and stakeholders to align goals and resolve challenges. You mentor and support Project Managers and Supervisors, helping them strengthen their skills and maintain consistency across all projects. From complex estimates to on-site oversight, you ensure each project runs efficiently, safely, and with exceptional attention to detail. Your leadership sets the tone for excellence and builds trust that drives repeat business and long-term partnerships.Qualifications3+ years of project management experience in restoration, construction, or commercial contractingHigh school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in construction or a related field an assetProven ability to lead complex, multi-phase projects with budgets up to $5MStrong understanding of construction practices, building codes, and project schedulingAdvanced communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skillsDemonstrated success in managing budgets, cost control, and profit marginsAbility to read and interpret Xactimate scopes, drawings, and estimatesProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort using project management software and mobile appsIICRC or equivalent certifications preferred, including WRT, FSRT, or AMRT; provincial asbestos certification requiredValid driver's license and clean driving abstractIncludes participation in a rotating on-call scheduleAbility to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gearAbility to travel for extended periods for CAT assignmentsWho We AreAt First Onsite, the work you do every day makes a real impact.
