THE OPPORTUNITY

One of the Gulf Coast's most respected general contractors is adding a Senior Project Manager to lead roadway, utility, and transportation infrastructure projects across the Sarasota and Bradenton corridor, including Lakewood Ranch, one of the fastest growing communities in America. The region is outbuilding nearly every market in the country, and this contractor's backlog shows it. The work is FDOT style: roadway widening and reconstruction, utility relocation and upgrades, water, wastewater and stormwater systems, complete streets, intersections and signalization, with CMAR and design build delivery in the mix. Real authority in the seat, real support behind it, and leadership that rewards results.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
  • Full lifecycle delivery from planning and preconstruction through construction and closeout
  • Project schedules, budgets, forecasts and execution plans
  • Utility coordination and relocation across water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electric and telecom
  • Consultants, contractors, subcontractors and inspection teams
  • Change orders, pay applications, claims and contract administration
  • The relationships: FDOT, municipalities, counties and utility owners
WHAT GETS YOU THE SEAT
  • 7 to 10+ years managing large infrastructure, roadway, utility or transportation projects
  • Working command of FDOT standards, specifications and permitting
