JOB DESCRIPTION

The Construction Coordinator will serve as the assistant to the Construction Manager and liaison with our Construction clientele.  Construction Coordinator will use Penguin Data to update and maintain the status of projects and invoices.  This position is also responsible for establishing a professional environment while achieving the duties assigned below. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry
  • Effective communication skills & ability to work well with others
  • Incorporate feedback from leadership
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes quickly
  • Ability to maintain accurate record keeping
  • Bilingual is preferred (English required)
  • Proficient computer skills with using Microsoft Office 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS-INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING

  • Maintaining accurate data entry in the client system and Penguin Data
  • Serve as a liaison with the client (Construction) – keep Construction Manager informed of all issues or challenges
  • Maintaining a professional work environment
  • Providing excellent client & customer service with professional communication skills
  • Processing & reconciling construction invoices and purchase orders
  • Assist with processing construction payroll
  • Communicate needs and concerns to Construction Manager
  • Perform paperwork & reporting requirements
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Manager and provided general assistance to other employees as directed
